After the 14-day refund window, subscriptions will automatically renew according to the plan you selected, and you will be charged the applicable renewal fees unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew, please provide 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.
Custom Work
Custom projects are non-refundable once work has begun or after the project has been delivered. These services are tailored to your specific needs, and revisions will be made according to the agreed project scope. However, refunds cannot be granted for subjective dissatisfaction (i.e., aesthetic, creative, or stylistic preferences).
Digital Products
Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered are non-refundable. If there are issues with the product, such as technical defects or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
Cancellations Before Service Performance
You may cancel purchases of services or digital products prior to shipment, download, or the performance of the service. Contact us to cancel your order, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, once the service has been initiated or the digital product has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible, except as outlined in the specific policies above.
SocialFaith-Initiated Cancellations

Exclusions and Limitations
Please note that refunds cannot be provided for disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., social media outages or restrictions) that are beyond our control.
We are dedicated to maintaining a fair and transparent policy for all our clients and are happy to address any questions or concerns. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
